The Entrepreneur and Leadership Military Academy (ELMA) at Hollywood Hills High School, located in Hollywood, Florida, is a distinguished college preparatory magnet program committed to academic excellence, leadership development, and strong character building.
ELMA’s primary mission is to prepare cadets for college and future success. The academy offers a variety of programs that enable students to earn college credits while still in high school, ensuring they are academically ahead and well-prepared. Every ELMA student is enrolled in at least one college-credit course during their first year.
Beyond academics, ELMA is dedicated to developing responsible, civic-minded leaders. Cadets are guided to become well-rounded individuals with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all areas of life.
Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) Eddie A. Jones Senior Army Instructor
Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) Eddie A. Jones, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, retired from the active-duty United States Army in 2015 after serving twenty-seven honorable years. Chief Jones served as our JROTC program Senior Army Instructor from February 2015 to June 2022 for almost eight years. His military experience, knowledge, and training; as well as an attuned level of adept people skills, inspired and promoted a cohesive educational environment built on effort, productivity, and excellence. Chief Jones is now the Senior Army Instructor of the Entrepreneur and Leadership Military Academy at Hollywood Hills High School.
